Panda Pals
As families who have adopted internationally we have learned that it is important to provide support for our children as they mature and develop. Their needs change as they grow older, and in order to meet these needs, we have formed an on-going group with the following goals:
Provide the opportunity to learn about their birth country and culture in a safe, age appropriate, and fun environment
Develop a positive peer support group where it is safe to:
explore adoption and family issues
discuss and develop skills to handle discrimination
develop healthy peer relationships
Make a difference in their home country
Panda Pals is a group for children who are adopted from China and attending 3rd grade through junior high. We invite you to come checkout our group.
